CORNEAL TRANSPLANT ON 05.09.2024 UNDER MISSION GIFT OF SIGHT

Rotary Club Hoshiarpur Midtown (26559), Rotary Distt.3070 alongwith Plano Metro Rotary Club, Plano, Texas, USA enlightened the eyes of a corneal blind patient Raj Kumar s/o Manohar Lal age 50 years old of Hno.132, Gali No.3, Indira Colony, Chabal Road, Amritsar -143001, Punjab under Project Corneal Transplant "Mission Gift Of Sight". Transplant was done by Dr. Shakeen Singh of Dr. Shakeens eye & Dental Hospital, Court Road, Amritsar under MOU signed between Rotary Clubs and Dr. Shakeens Eye & Dental Hospital, Amritsar. Transplants are done totally free of cost of operation, Cornea and cost of medicines for the patients. Project is supervised by Rtn. Jatinder Singh of Rotary Club of Amritsar Aastha. It is 447th Corneal Transplant By Clubs under its Flagship Project “ Mission Gift of Sight” after COVID19.
